Solverminds has established a presence in Cyberjaya, Malaysia with the setting up of a subsidiary company SVM Solutions and Technologies Sdn. Bhd. The Malaysia office will act as regional office for Asia Pacific region, an important growing market for the company’s ERP suite of applications for liner shipping industry, to serve its growing customers located in Asia Pacific region.

SVM Solutions & Technologies Sdn Bhd has in 2008 received its MSC Status Company from the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) SVM is specialized in the design, development, implementation and support of enterprise application for the liner container shipping industry. The company’s SVM ERP © suite of application is a scalable and fully web-enabled solution that empower the shipping line and agency customers to plan, control, track and optimizes it global shipping operations. The application is developed using J2EE technologies tools deployed on JBOSS, an open source Java application server, allowing the company to tap into latest technology, resources and tools at a lower cost thus benefiting our customers by enabling them to deploy a truly world-class ERP solution with a lower total cost of ownership.

The grant of MSC status allows the company to harness the world-class physical infrastructures and cutting-edge communication infrastructure and various other supporting incentives offered by the Malaysian government under the MSC initiative. With this new office, the company aims to improve its capabilities in the field of R&D, system implementation and support services to better serve its growing customers.
