COVID-19 Response

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted all industries over the past two years. As the maritime sector slowly recovers from the impact of coronavirus, we would like to provide an update on the extraordinary measures that so many of us have had to take up after a disturbing series of events caused by the pandemic that has resulted in the termination of regular business continuity, health, and safety worldwide. At Solverminds, we are proud to have adopted several measures that ensure the continuous safety of our valuable employees, customers and visitors.

As the pandemic continues to demand an innovative global response, many of us accelerate the shift towards digital channels and fast-tracking digital-first operations. At Solverminds, we remain fully operational in terms of our platform, systems and services. Solverminds’ SaaS based platforms, ITSC services and staff continue to be available across all geographic locations to provide the support our customers are familiar with. Our dedicated team continues to implement additional, critical measures to ensure that the high-performance maritime technology solutions and services that our customers entrust us with remain efficient and operational, while our support teams remain available to assist and support our customers should they have any queries.

Our foremost concern is to keep our people and customers safe. Through careful planning and employee cognizance, we strictly adhere to travel restrictions in line with government regulations. As a technology-driven company, our established robust IT remote access infrastructure allows our people to work remotely. As per government and health agency advice, we are gradually inviting our staff back to our offices in Chennai, Singapore, Hamburg and Dubai. In order to protect our on-site employees, we have created policies in line with government requirements. We have put in place preventive protocols, such as installing accessible disinfectant dispensers, encouraging and enabling respiratory hygiene, reducing unnecessary daily contact in the reception areas and asking employees to uphold international travel advice and regulations. All of these measures are carried out to safeguard and ensure the safety of our dedicated employees and their loved ones, as well as our valued customers and visitors.

We have also undertaken to ensure that our people receive the support they need and provide them with regular communications to ensure that they are up to date with the latest advice and understand the actions they can take to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
