Project Location(s): Chennai, Siruseri
Education: Any Engineering Degree or equivalent practical experience

Basic Qualification

  • Good English – Equal to EU standard C – Mandatory
  • Experience in 2nd & 3rd level support.
  • Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence / Sharepoint / Teamsite)
  • Experience in a ticket System (e.g. Jira). Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes. ITIL Foundation certificate – desired.


  • 2 to 5 years (Entry level do not apply)

Desired Competencies

  • Knowledge of the OSI 7 layer model and standard communication protocols. Understanding of the client/server model.Scripting (e.g. Powershell, batch, bash, ant, …)
  • Mainframe and basic tools usage knowledge (e.g. TSO, EVT) in zOS. Knowledge of the EDIFACT and ANSI message standards. SQL, at least 1year experience. Queue Manager handling and incident solution (e.g. MQ Series) basic knowledge.
