Support Executive – solverASSIST

Project Location(s): Chennai, India

Description:

Working: 

  • Must have worked with any reputed BPO / Shipping company back office or Liner front office.
  • Minimum working period should be 1 year and not exceeding 2 years of working experience in single company.

Training :

  • Internal topics shall be trained by solverASSIST. Upon joining within 45days if the first to PIP and post 3 assessment if the score is not satisfactory, confirmation would not be provided.
  • All assistance and hand holding session shall be provided.

Must have skills:

Duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Basic communication language must be in English. Both written and oral.
  • Any under-graduation; without arrears.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in multi-cultural environment
  • Self-study skills (based on additional skill enhancement – certifications)
  • Ability to understand, explain and intuitive by nature.
  • Self-motivated and self-organized and team-player.
  • Participated in NCC, Sports or such other extracurricular activity.
  • Work from office.

Job role post initial training :

  • Upon successful completion would be inducted into 24×7 working model Customer support services.
  • Would be expected to face customer and work on tickets allocated to him.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams for ticket resolution.
  • Ability to covert technical solution words into simple business solution language. “
