How you will contribute:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software applications
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and security standards
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions
- Write, review, and optimize clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Ensure proper implementation of code reviews, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Drive technical innovations and adopt emerging technologies to improve system performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define technical roadmaps and sprint plans
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of software solutions
- Break down complex technical tasks into manageable work units and assign them effectively
- Mentor and guide junior developers in technical problem-solving and best practices
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experience integration
- Work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure application scalability and security compliance
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and server infrastructure
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in production and staging environments
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to enhance system observability
- Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation processes, and CI/CD automation
- Drive adoption of DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud computing best practices
- Recommend improvements in technology stack, frameworks, and tools to enhance productivity
What will make you successful:
- Experience: 7-12 years in software development, with at least 3 years as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer
- Programming Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), .NET, or similar technologies
- Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps best practices
- Proficiency in database design (SQL, NoSQL – MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Jest) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting complex issues
