Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with 10–18 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timelines, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to organizational goals.

• Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and track progress against them.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies effectively.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards, governance, and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and project delivery excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts when applicable.
• Ensure post-project evaluation, lessons learned, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–18 years of proven project management experience in IT, technology, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Project Management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing large, multi-location, or multi-vendor projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
