Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 6 to 8 years of proven expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to define data-driven strategies.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable data science solutions into production environments.
- Communicate results and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.6 to 8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in SQL and working with large-scale data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong statistical knowledge and ability to apply advanced techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and NLP.
- Experience deploying models into production and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical insights clearly.
